If you are not satisfied you may return merchandise for a full refund, less freight charges. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise with no penalty. Returns after 15 days may be subject to a restocking fee of 2% of product price or a minimum of $25.00. No returns on used merchandise.

We charge actual UPS freight charges plus insurance and a $2.00 packing and handling fee. All retail sales will be VISA , Mastercard or other special arrangements

For Tracking

 
1. Keep Magnets in collars. When not in use.
 
2. Keep gain on the receiver low as possible.
 
3. Check collars to see if they work before the hunt.
 
4. Carry spare batteries.
 
5. Always check direction twice.
